Dr. Proctor was a geoscience professor for over 26 years and is now an artist, advisor, and storytelling specialist. She engages in strategic conversations that unlock clarity, alignment, and forward momentum—enabling individuals and organizations to let their EarthLight shine. From personal growth to nonprofit leadership and corporate innovation, she guides transformational thinking through creative insight, systems awareness, and the generation of intentional strategic momentum. Dr. Proctor has a bachelor degree in environmental science, a master’s in geology, and a doctorate in science education. She is an international speaker and was the 2024-26 U.S. Department of State Science Envoy for Space.
