Jim Bell is a renowned planetary scientist, educator, author, and public speaker. He is a professor in the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University and has been heavily involved in NASA’s solar system exploration missions, including the Mars rovers Spirit, Opportunity, and Curiosity. Bell’s research focuses on the surface composition and geology of planets, moons, asteroids, and comets, utilizing multispectral imaging and spectroscopy.
