Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets purchased for STARMUS events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable (except where required by applicable law). Once the order is confirmed and payment processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, inability to travel, or change of mind.

If the organisers cancel or significantly alter the event, refunds will be handled according to the organisers’ decision and applicable Spanish/EU consumer law.
