Martin Sierra, born in Málaga in 2007, is a student and space exploration communicator. He has participated in the Advanced Space Academy and Advanced Space Academy Elite three times between 2022 and 2024, earning two Right Stuff awards and an Outstanding Team recognition. In addition, he has been actively involved in space exploration outreach, contributing to print media, radio, and television.
He has also worked as a trainee at PLD Space, where he gained fundamental knowledge of space engineering during the development of MIURA 5, the first private European rocket designed to reach orbit, and LINCE, the first European manned spacecraft.
Currently Martin is in the process of obtaining his pilot’s license and is preparing to begin his university studies in Aerospace Engineering in the United States.
