Isabel Béjar Alonsonis an Accelerator Physicist with a degree in Physics from the University of Barcelona and an MBA in Management of Technology from EPFL and UT Austin. She started as a consultant before joining CERN as a staff scientist. Isabel has expertise in change management and industrial transfer, having led projects like the ATLAS detector infrastructure and the HL-LHC technical coordination. She has advised CERN's Director General and currently leads a technology reindustrialization project.
